Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver our gifts nationally within the UK - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland using our couriers; either Interlink or the Royal Mail (depending upon the gifts ordered and the delivery address).

Delivery Times

Please allow between 2-7 working days for your gift to be delivered with our FREE UK DELIVERY.
We aim to have your parcel dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received. Most gifts are dispatched within 1-3 working days and take a further 1-2 days to be delivered. Please use the following delivery schedule as a basic guideline depending on the type of gifts you are ordering and the total value of your order:

Speedy Delivery

We do not offer a next day service as standard, as we cannot always fulfill a Next Day service. However if you need you gift for a specific date, or to be delivered next day then please call our office on 01775 640352 BEFORE placing your order to ensure we have the item in stock and to find out about speedy delivery charges. We are able to adapt the delivery schedule to help meet your needs, but this may require an additional postage charge of between £5-10 depending on the item. Please note: if you would like to organise a Saturday delivery, the charge for this is £20. When you call, we will give you a SPEEDY DELIVERY CODE to enter in the shopping cart for Next Day or Expedited Delivery, as well as some special instructions for you to add to your order.

Our Couriers

We use Interlink Express to deliver the majority of our parcels as well as the Royal Mail First Class Postal Service and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for certain presents and particular delivery address in Northern Scotland, the Isles and Northern Ireland. On the majority of occasions the gifts will need to be signed for, so please ensure you input a delivery address where someone will be able to provide a signature, or input some special instructions to leave the parcel with a neighbour if possible to reduce the time it takes for your gift to be delivered successfully, as well as reduce any stress on your part!

Out of these hours, please leave a message on our answerphone and someone will reply within 24 working hours.

Next Day Delivery, expedited delivery, or delivery on a specific date can be arranged at a charge. Standard FREE UK Delivery can take between 2-7 working days.
